Dance Studio Policies

Lessons: All Private Lessons and Group Classes are 50 minutes in length. All lessons must be booked with either the Front Desk Staff or with the Instructor.

Payment: All lessons must be paid for before the start of each lesson.

Sign-In: Everyone must sign in at the reception desk before entering the ballroom. This includes individuals and couples using the floor for practice time.

Refunds: We have a no refund policy.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged for the lesson as Instructors are paid per lessons taught. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. A 24 hour cancellation allows us to book anxiously awaiting students with the Instructor.

Corporate Discounts: Discount may be used one time toward the program of your choice. Not to be combined with any other discounts. Please see front desk for current Corporate Plan.
